How does it work?
Pick out your Clayton Tiny Home from below and reserve your lot in the beautifully designed forest community. You can either rent your lot for $750/mo (currently) or purchase the lot separately for $100,000.

Your $100,000 investment yields 9% plus your equity grows as the lots appreciate in value.
What does the cost of the home cover?
The purchase of your brand-new tiny home includes all new kitchen appliances, washer & dryer, dishwasher, two 9,000 BTU split system A/C and heat, set-up, water & sewer connection fees, impact fees, steps and electrical hookup.
What do you charge to manage the short-term rental of my tiny home?
We charge 25% of the gross rental fee that you earn while the home is rented.
