For many years, Workforce Homes and Inter-Vision Homes have partnered to place new mobile homes on vacant lots and sold them as spec homes.  But this required us to guess at which home an eventual buyer would want on any particular lot.

We discovered a lender, 21st Mortgage, who would lend to a buyer the funds necessary to pick out the home of their dreams for the lot of their dreams and finance the construction of that home on that lot.  In doing so it provided a way for us to deliver that dream home at a greatly reduced cost because we avoided all the expense of building and sitting on a spec home until it sold.

Now we list homes on lots we own at preconstruction prices.  You can find them through your local Realtor or on Zillow.  Just look for our Realtor, Donna DeJarnatt, and her listings.  Then have Donna or your Realtor fill out the contract as to which home you want on which lot using the contract below.
